Module #8 Deferring Repairs / Replacements of Selected Components over Next 5-Years
In a similar fashion to making assessments and determinations about the necessity, costs and timings as recommended by the D.R., some repairs / replacements of components might be reasonably able to be deferred to later years in order to build up build up funds in the Contingency Reserve Fund to more comfortably cover them.
